We, the North American Wood Ape Conservancy (NAWAC), are not responsible for any content posted by individual members using this forum. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the content of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the official views of the NAWAC. Any member who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact the Board of Directors immediately by using this board's personal messaging system, or the Contact Us form on our main website. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not use it to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
By participating as a member in the NAWAC, you also agree that you will:
- Keep the entire contents of this website confidential as required by the group's Non-disclosure Agreement, and
- Conduct yourself in an appropriate manner as outlined in our Code of Conduct.
Failure to do so may lead to your immediate expulsion from the organization. Your participation within the NAWAC indicates your acceptance of these terms.
